The warranty for all unused and unworn products is 30 days from the date of purchase. More information about returns, refunds, and exchanges can be found here.

We ship all of our orders the same or very next business day. In any event during the holidays or inclement weather, your order may be delayed. Orders with incorrect information or that require an update may also be delayed as well. For more information, please visit our Shipping Policy Page We'll email you a tracking number when your order ships, and we're dedicated to making sure that you have all the necessary information available to you in a timely manner. If you have an account with us, you can check your tracking number by looking at your most recent order. You can also sign up for tracking updates via text if you go to the order confirmation page. (standard message and data rates apply).

If you're in town, you're more than welcome to swing by and pick up your order. Please select the "Pickup" option when checking out and contact us to schedule when you will be stopping by.

Each year we get thousands of requests for team, rink, and event sponsorship. While we are not able to support every event, we love giving back to the hockey community as much as we are able. Yes, we ship internationally. All international orders can go through our website like a normal order where the shipping costs will be determined based on the weight and size of the order at checkout. For more information, please visit our International Shipping page.

Unfortunately, we do not do custom tape orders due to the volume required to fulfill a custom tape order.
